Nursery

Highfield has a wonderful Nursery offering 60 part time places.

If your child was born between 1st September 2013 and 31st August 2014 you can apply for a Nursery class for September 2017. This will be the September before their 4th birthday. Children who are offered a place either mornings or afternoons, usually attend the Nursery class for a year before starting in a Reception class at primary school. The place offered will be part time.
Please remember if your child attends our Nursery you must apply for a Reception place in the same way as other applicants. There is not an automatic right to transfer from our Nursery to Reception.

Highfield Primary is able to offer 90 Reception places.
September 2017 intake will be for children born between 1.9.2012 -31.08.2013. We have a brand new Early Years unit/ new build providing high quality provision for our pupils. In Enfield children begin school during the academic year in which they become 5. The academic year begins in September. The school place offered will be part-time to start with, beginning with a morning or afternoon session. This gradual start ensures your child happily settles into school life.

Highfield holds open events throughout the year where we welcome prospective parents to visit our school.
Please call/email us if you would like to attend – School office: 0208 360 2149 / office@highfield-pri.enfield.sch.uk.
The dates for September 2017 intake are:  8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th November 2016 all at 9.30am.
